Our ethos

We are dog-friendly!

Accessed by a small private road, Trethias is just a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach, Treyarnon Bay, which is a dog friendly beach even during summer, and also lifeguard patrolled.

Within the park, we provide a special dog walking field with fantastic sea views, although they must be on a lead within the park itself.

Local is key!

We use local builders, cleaners, gardeners, engineers, bespoke manufacturing companies, and suppliers.
